Agreement to these terms

This website is operated by TRAC Solutions LLC, doing business as Steamatic of Eau Claire, located at 4755 London Rd, Eau Claire, WI 54701. By using this site or submitting a service request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Service requests are not a contract

Submitting a form or calling us starts a conversation — it does not create a binding agreement for work. Restoration work begins only after a written work authorization or scope of work is agreed to by both parties.

Emergency response and timing

We aim to respond quickly, 24 hours a day. Response and completion times depend on factors outside our control, including weather, storm volume, access to the property, utility availability, and material lead times. Any time estimate is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are based on visible and known conditions at the time of inspection. Hidden damage, changes in scope, or additional findings may change price and schedule. We will communicate material changes before proceeding whenever possible.

Insurance claims

We can document damage and work directly with your insurance carrier, but we do not decide coverage. Coverage determinations, deductibles, and payment obligations are between you and your insurer. You remain responsible for amounts not covered by your policy.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the property and the damage.
• Confirm you are the owner or are authorized to approve work.
• Provide safe access, and utilities where needed, for crews and equipment.
• Remove or identify valuables and hazards before work begins.
